This might be the most adorable thing I've read this year. I read the entire thing before bed last night and it made me so happy. Especially cuddling next to my own kitty. Anyone who has a pet or just likes cute things will absolutely love this.

 ~NOTABLE READ OF 2020~

Kanda Fuyuki is a middle-aged pianist and recent widower. His children grown and independent he lives alone in a house the size that should hold a family. Smitten by an unwanted cat languishing in a pet shop he buys the exotic shorthair and names him Fukumaru. And so, these two brighten each other’s lives.
