Such a good book. Favorite from the series. Adam!!! Loved him and his relationship with Cooper. Scarlett was also such a great character. The story overall is so good. Would re-read if I wanted a feel-good, lighthearted, fun, short book

I want to like this book but the problem is it felt like I was being told everything. Like the MCs meet and I see the potential, and then suddenly I'm being told how thirsty they are for each other. Like... when did that happen? Also, super hated his nickname for her. It felt unnatural.
There were a lot of great side characters that aren't from previous books in this series and several great themes are touched upon. The issue is none of these are fully fleshed out. Like around the first spicy thought, the author decided everyone had had enough character development.
Premise is good, just too rushed.
