This my second time reading it, it was so much better than I remembered!

The first time around I was a bit annoyed by the conflict. I hated the indecision and the back and forth, but now I totally understand it. It’s not an easy decision to make choices that can change your whole life. Such a great book! Love the pinning, the fluffiness, and sweet possessiveness.

I love how Talon and Miller stayed true to themselves, they continued to be best friends and just added romance to it. Talon was hilarious, had me seriously laughing multiple times.

Loved starting the month with this one, Recommend it 100%.

This made me so happy!! Is it a perfect book, no it's not. Do I care? Hell no. Basically been reading the whole series (including then novellas, because I'm thorough, thank you very much!), and I was not disappointed.

Miller & Talon used to "share" girls when they were in college. Threesomes, orgies, you call it. They'd share a bed... as long as they didn't touch, because my boys aren't gay! This sounds ridiculous, and it really is. Miller is aware that his feelings for Talon are probably more than just best friendship, but Talon is just living his playboy fantasies and that man gets what he wants. Six years apart in the NFL creates distance between them, but when Talon signs for Miller's team and they're reunited, sparks fly. And this time, touching might be involved.

I love pining best friends and bi-awakenings so much and this was so good. Talon and Miller care so much for each other. I love their dynamics so much. I love how Talon knows what he wants and sets out to get it without being an asshole. We get so often the quarterback who is really self assured and reads as an annoying overbearing alpha, and Talon was just a cute mfer. Miller balances the cockiness of Talon very well, with a more calm and analytical personality. They're perfect for each other, soulmates for real for real.

I liked the angsty part at then end, I was like "noooooo" but the drama was not drawn out too much, they both got their heads out their asses even if their fears were absolutely justified. I do wish they had communicated more, but again - tough ass situation to be in.

Their relationship might go a little fast, and I don't looooove how women are portrayed in this specific book. But other than that, I enjoyed it so much, definitely my favourite couple and book of the series so far, no contest! Player x player is, at the end of the day, my favourite trope when it comes to sports romance.

I was scared Miller's injury would steer towards a "Talon keeps playing and Miller retires" ending that would have made me sad, but the ending we get is cheesy and perfect and made me smile so wide.

I decided I'd finish the series, as I only have 1 novella, 1 full length novel and 1 Everyone's is Happy Ever After novella to go before I'm done. Then I'll jump back to TALON AND MILLER'S SON I CAN'T BELIEVE IT even if it might not be as fun as the dad's book. I'm so happy I read their book first and will be able to enjoy all the cameos they'll get in their son's story!!!!!

Shane and mark - or tallon and miller.
I enjoyed their friendship and the story in general.
The angst near the end was so unnecessary.

I'm going to make this review very short. I liked the story at first, well mostly. I don't know if it's my mood or the book but the book just became kinda repetitive. After a while, it was just them kissing and doing other stuff which is adorable and all but I got bored of it real fast. One of my favorite part of a book is when it reaches that peak where everything fall apart. I was waiting for it to happen and it didn't. That was disappointing. Besides that, they were sweet. It was an okay book. I liked the storyline. It was good mostly.
