Just plowed through this bad boy and loved it. So dark and creepy and mysterious! Even if there were never actually wreckers off the coast of Cornwall, it's still thrilling to imagine it.

Starting to learn that I love Daphne du Maurier... This slowly burning thriller still managed to surprise me - multiple times - at the end. But why such a depressing picture of lovely Cornwall?
