I really loved this book. Shawn was just perfect for Lacey. I loved that they were both so family oriented and supportive of each other's careers and goals. I am even more excited for Dallas' book.

Kiss caught on camera turned, fake relationship, head coach, what’s not to love?!?
lighthearted fast-paced

This was cute! Not my favorite by any means, but it was still sweet. Everyone needs a Shawn. I know this will sound weird, but I wish there was more conflict near the end other than Shawn and Lacey being idiots. I live for drama and people being forced to choose each other in the face of crisis. I needed more! It sort of fell flat. I also skipped all the intimate scenes, so maybe that’s why the story felt weird. I’m honestly caught between a 3.0 and 3.25 because I REALLY like the friendship between Shawn and Lacey, especially in the first half of the story. The second half is where things started feeling flat or less my style. It’s somewhere in between. The more I think about it, the less I feel towards it. I do like how they acknowledged how stupid they were being before they finally made things real. I’ll keep it at a 3.25 for now though because 3.0 feels too low.
