This was just ok for me. It was an interesting idea...but it just wasnt quite enough for me to really enjoy it.
Um, where was the plot? We didn't even get character names. I understand this was only 19 pages but that could have been accomplished.
The book itself was interesting enough that I genuinely wanted these things so it could continue on into a typical sized story.

this was interesting and creepy in the way that stories involving kids that are not quiet right always are.
it’s one of the few short stories i finished and wish i would get more from the main character because she was very interesting and i would love to get more of het and the magic that was used.

"These Deathless Bones" was a great short story. It was very creepy (without being overly descriptive) and had a very effective ending.

A great twist on a familiar fairy tale format. The titular character is fascinating and I enjoyed the hints of an eerie magic system. I’d love to see a novel set in this world.
