4.5 stars.. three new romances all combined with some serious action. Skimmed the fight scenes after the first half of the book but a well written and plotted ending to a great series.

This is the final book in the Dragonfire series and it was not a disappointment. I liked how while the focus appears to be on Sloan and Sam, we get two other romance/firestorm stories as well as updates and conclusions on characters from past books. I loved just how everything was brought together and every conclusion was given, but we're still given an open-ending. I enjoy the peek we're given for the next series and I also liked how there were different forms of grief dealt with in this story and done well.
