Bass is over the top. The writing and plot are so chaotic it gave me a headache. Rocklin is supposed to be a badass bitch and maybe she was at first but she turned into a damsel in distress. I hate that Bass had all the control in their relationship. I am so disappointed with this book because I loved the Brayshaw Boys and was expecting the same level of entertainment.
