Very different from what I normally read, it was “free” on audible so I went for it as the synopsis sounded interesting. I enjoyed the characters and the story. At times it had be laughing at the satire of the wellness industry and it times I was a bit bored with the meandering and the side stories. All in all I’m glad I listened to it and the narrator is fantastic.

Wellness was a good read. For the most part, enjoyed moving through time and getting the backstory to Elizabeth and Jack. It has a good puzzle effect when you got through it. Sometimes though, I could have done without some of it. Also just when I was caught up and interested in a particular backstory it ended and it took a minute to get sucked in again.
Not an easy read because some parts are tough to get through. But rewarding once you finish and begin to piece together the pieces.
