Didn’t realize this was part two of a series, which explains why it was such a confusing read lol

A long journey, but the creativity of the story makes it all worth it.

I'm sad. I really wanted to like this. The beginning was so good, and then it got weird, and then it got boring. Still love the friendship moments between Baley and Daneel. But I really didn't care for all the discussions about sex. There was hardly any investigation this time—just boring, long-winded, repetitious dialogue.
And then a mind-blowing plot twist at the very end. Damn, that twist is SO good. Why wasn't the rest of the book as good?
