Pros:
- Science, women in stem, shaming the GRE
- Cats
- Fun science topic and storyline
- The audiobook narrator
- LEVI. Levi x1,000

Cons:
- Bee (I’m sorry but I could not stand her sometimes)
- The ending (a little far fetched for me)
- Marie Curie (would be a pro if she wasn’t talked about more than 50% of the book)

Ali Hazelwood has my heart for being a woman in STEM and bringing light to it through writing. If you don’t like this one, check out at least one or two more of her books. While they can share the same overall themes, I’ve found to like some better than others.

Therefore, a solid 3⭐️

this is the third Ali Hazelwood book i’ve read that felt like the characters were based off of Reylo… that was fine for The Love Hypothesis but now i’m feeling like she can’t write any other type of main pairing. i won’t be reading any more of her books because of that, plus they’re just a touch too millennial for me.

What I’ve learned from this book is to never trust (STEM) men with an oversized ego.
