I'm actually loving this series. It's really well written and interesting, I love the two mysteries at one. The pacing is perfect. There's some eye-roll, predictable moments with the YA elements but, hey, these teens have to learn.

Good mystery that kept my interest. I like that I have an answer to one of the big questions and that I didn’t see it coming. Now I have to read book three to get answers to all my other questions!

That cliffhanger was unfair, Maureen.

Every time I think the author couldn’t possibly add more to this story, she does! The Truly Devious case is a truly magnificent and intricate tale with mysteries hidden in every corner.

holy shit. this book is absolute crack. we’re exploring crazy tunnels. there are fires. explosions. deaths. conspiracy theories. there are not many books that make me this feral and i am SO EXCITED to read the next book! i kept thinking about this during my day and neeeeding to know what happens next.
