I Hated all the characters, they didn't have any personality except for the stereotypes.
None of the characters had any chemistry with eachother.
The ending sucked.

A very quick read, the characters are well-fleshed out and the lore of the world is quite interesting. Unfortunately, the pacing was inconsistent. The dread never really gets a chance to settle and once you hit about the middle of the book, there is no time to even feel the increasing pressure of the impending deadline.

As a person who loves suspenseful and survival "fight for your life" type books this one was good. The connection you get with the characters is great. Make sure you keep up with the names and stories of them it is kind of hard to in the beginning because they throw them all at you pretty fast.. I like the atmosphere of the book, the author really paints the picture for you throughout but disappointingly (for myself at least) the ending/ explanation of it all was on the boring and predictablish side. But it didn't stop me from continuing reading and actually quite enjoying the book.
