I think it's a 5 stars definitely because the entire book isnt based off the fact that the main character phoebe is coming to terms with her sexuality, I like that the author treats everything so normal, phoebe feels like she can talk about sex with her godmother with no weirdness, well maybe a little. Phoebe after taking a job at the charity shop seems to grow a lot and learns a lot of new things she wasnt aware of originally and I just love the characters development.
This book also made me almost cry like 10 times in 2 chapters

Just not for me. I would have love it when I was younger but I think I was pass targeted age.

I really enjoyed diary format and romance between Emma and Phoebe was cute but it was slow read.

Sapphic angsty teen journal. I liked it because the protag was relatable and the author allowed her to be angry. Phoebe learns to be less of a prick over time but I can see how it would be super annoying to other people. I liked seeing her growth though!
