Four former “bad guys” - the big bad wolf, a shark, a snake, and a piranha- join forces to do good deeds and become heroes. Eliana laughed a lot and there are pictures on every page. It’s pretty silly.

Eliana’s review: “I liked ALL of it. It’s funny. I like Mr Snake and Mr Piranha the most.”

Funny story about the stereotypical 'bad guys' (wolf, snake, piranha and shark) becoming good guys. You can't go wrong with Aaron Blabey. This book would be a great read aloud, you could have lots of fun with a sibilant snake hiss and the Bolivian piranha. Wonderfully illustrated as well.

{My thoughts} – I don’t think I have ever read a book quite like this. I must admit it was a rather entertaining read.

In this book you are introduced to the Bad Guys. It is about Mr. Wolf, Mr. Snake, Mr. Piranha and Mr. Shark. When each new Bad Guy is introduced you are also shown their rap sheet, which says their alias, their address, the crimes they’d committed and how dangerous they are.

Mr. Wold decides he wants to turn them into good guys, and doesn’t want to be considered a bad guy anymore. So they go on a trip and start looking for some trouble. They come upon a cat in a tree and attempt to help it. Then later on the decide to try and break 200 pups out of the pound.

It’s a really fun and fast paced read. The illustrations and the words blend together nicely. I look forward to seeing where this series is going in the future. I mean who doesn’t like to read a fun and entertaining book?

breaks the fourth wall and characters talk to you, there's a slight change of heart, a fart joke here and there, a fun use of text interplayed with imagery. Good for folks who like graphic novels or want something gripping to read!

Had to read this before I gave this to my nephew for Christmas. Funny and entertaining...loved how the piranha was Spanish!

I can see the appeal from the students at school wanting to read this. Great for kids that want to read Wimpy Kid might be too challenging.
