👩‍💼 Two coworkers. One goes missing. Secrets spill everywhere. . The story follows two very different women working at the same company: Dawn, a quiet, socially awkward accountant who keeps to herself, and Natalie, her polished and popular coworker. When Dawn suddenly disappears, Natalie is pulled into a web of suspicion and deceit. What begins as a missing-person case spirals into a dark unraveling of hidden truths, forcing Natalie—and the reader—to question everything about appearances, loyalty, and who can really be trusted.
Fast-paced + twisty, but I wanted a little more action at the end. Still a fun, bingeable thriller!

Another great twisty book from Freida. You start off hating Natalie for just being so mean to dawn and Amelia. Then dawn does go all crazy and her and Caleb plan this whole story to fake dawns death and frame Natalie for it. Just to get revenge on bullying Amelia and Amelia killing herself. I was surprised Tara was killed by dawn. But man that epilogue with Natalie spilling all the secrets on Seth’s ex wife…mind blown!!
