WWM Short Book 1/Between WWM ‘Something to Witch About’ and ‘Witch me Luck’
This was an easy and quick read, but I would advise any reader to read the first 5 books in the Wicked Witches of the Midwest Mystery. You do not have to, but it loses something if you do not. It was nice to get Clove's point of view. She often comes across as whiney in the series. In this book we see she is a strong, down to earth, and loyal character. On the other hand, Thistle is angry and mean and Bay is completely self-absorbed, both condensing to Clove. Unfortunately, there is little mystery and story. It is pretty much bickering between the cousins and fathers and of course Aunt Tillie. The ghost/mystery is really an afterthought and solved way too easily. Honestly, I would skip it, unless you want to get an inner glimpse into who Clove is.

Clove narrates the soft opening of the Dragonfly Inn. Cute and goofy.

Another great little read! Loved that this was from the perspective of Thistle!

Loved this Wicked Witch short story. It is written from Clove's perspective and it feels like a peak behind the scenes of the primary books.

Absolutely delightful.

This is the first series where I love all the parings whole-heartedly!
