Surprisingly this book captivated far more than most fantasy novels that I read(I prefer fantasy over all else). The lessons within are invaluable and simplified for those who are not quite bright. The author is sarcastic and witty which made reading this very entertaining. Definitely recommend.

A healthy look at stratagems in war and how to approach differing battle scenarios. Plenty of details on land types, battle types, how to choose what type of approach to use in a battle, and how to know yourself a bit more as well. I see the philosophy littered throughout the book and I really appreciated it. Being able to absorb the information and finding out how to go about approaching different situations is timeless. I thought a good amount of the information was written well and gives quite clear instructions. Overall, a great read in Philosophy, War, and Information as to how to traverse the hectic ways of life.

There's no reason why this should still hold up two thousand years later
