Plot holes galore, flat characters and irregular plot pacing. It was entertaining though and didn't make me rage quit.
What a disappointment…
I don’t hate this book but I don’t love it too, it has everything I dislike in a book, maybe yeah I’m too picky but I hate the fl.. seary or whatever her name was.. oh my god she pisses me off so bad, I don’t understand why she’s like that?? She’s annoying and too loud for what nothing?
I hate how she’s so attached to her brother and wants to go back so bad to what? To poverty? To living like a rat again? To her 20 years OLD brother who got her killed and tortured and is useless? The shock I felt when I read that he was twenty years old.. I genuinely thought he was not older then 12.. man what a disappointment..
The start of the book was great, the fl was tough and cool and then she just kept getting worse and worse, her personality changed so fast I didn’t have time to get used to it..
So many characters introduced at once, so many things are happening and you feel yourself getting lost but can’t find ur way back bc everything is moving so fast yet so slow.. I hate how slow this book is, I’m at page 303 and nothing has happened genuinely nothing is happening.. they just walk talk fight and she gets on my nerve and repeat..
I’m disappointed, I disliked berthing about this book I genuinely can’t finish it it’s so bad..
