I had heard wonderful things about this book. I had tried reading it many years ago but couldn’t get through it. Gave it a second try and absolutely loved it! Read it in two days, so it’s a very quick read. It is not everyone’s cup of tea, it touches topics of spirituality and as it expected, it won’t resonate with everyone.

It can be repetitive in the concepts it presents but overall, I think it was a beautiful story with many messages to at least contemplate. I would absolutely recommend it!

Eine Geschichte über das Finden und Folgen seiner eigenen Lebensträume, mit ganz viel Metaphorik und Weisheit. Es liest sich so leicht und schnell daher und alle paar Seiten stolpert man über einen Satz der zum Nachdenken und zur eigenen, ernsthaften Reflektion anregt. Gleichzeitig muss man aber bei dem Buch den inneren, skeptischen Blick ausschalten, sonst funktioniert es nicht. Es ist irgendwie eine naive, idealisiert positive Geschichte, aber manchmal muss man eben auch daran glauben. Der religiöse Subtext hat mich wenig gestört, da man vieles deuten kann, wie man möchte.
