A great ending to Drum Island! Lot of action in this volume. Though the wrap up of Drum Island was very well done. The tease for the next section was also spot on. It makes me excited for the next volume. I also appreciated having some exposure and explanation into Chopper's abilities.

Loved it as per usual! Bon Clay looks goofy as fuck and I'm sure it will be very entertaining to watch his antics, even if he is likely pretty dangerous. Also the introduction to Ace?? Very nice. 

Chopper is also SUCH a cutie patootie guys I love him.

Chopper’s story had me sobbing again. So many beautiful uses of irony, with the mushroom, the pirate flag, Chopper being called a monster by every true monster present. I love how honest the story is about not all doctors being good – but Some doctors still doing their best, despite everything. Hiriluk being well intentioned but dangerous is relevant also. It’s a great portrayal of how even the most moral person can be a hazard in the wrong profession.
