This is the lowest rating I have given one of the books in this series.
The flow and pace is fantastic.
The mystery and suspense is pretty much spot on.
The darkness and the erotic adult sex scenes and beyond steamy.
So, why rate it the lowest of all the books in this series?
Well, a couple of reasons.

The above is my biggest reason for the lower rating.
I also felt that Tomas took to long to come to the correct conclusions.
I never knew he could be so Ruthless! and massively Stubborn!!
Anyway, I really did love the story. I loved Rylee, Tomas and their story.

For the first time we have a full on Cliffhanger in this series. Usually whatever 'Bad Guy' criminal, mystery and suspense that is the plot of the story has it's own conclusion.That didn't happen in this one.

The suspense of Who & Why of the Bad Guys is continued to the next and final book of this seriesThe above is my biggest reason for the lower rating.

This is the eighth of the series these can be read as a standalone but I’d suggest reading in order to understand everything in the series better.
The author gives us another amazing dark and twisted story that keeps the reader turning the pages! She’s one of the best when it comes to dark romance. This story was no different the couple doesn’t have an easy road but the journey for them is definitely worth the wait.
Overall if you love dark romance this is a story you’ll want to read! The author creates amazing reads for her readers!

What a superb adventure this series has been. Each book is spine tingling.

I wasn’t sure I would Like Rylee Sutton. By chance she bought a second hand denim jacket and found an email log in for a dead girl. Tomas used the email address to send the thoughts in his head to the girl who died. It was his comfort. No one was supposed to read those words. But Rylee did and ten years later she wants to meet him and save him from a life of crime.
Oh you silly, silly thing. Look at him! He doesn’t need saving, he needs a ball buster of an older woman (like me) to give him some honey.
Damn this book is hot but you need to keep your witts about you because who is the bad guy, apart from Tiago and Van, obviously? I have no clue apart from I adore Cole Hartman, I was always team Cole; I’ve decided I’m ready for him to move on.

Absolutely no one writes redeemable anti-heroes like Pam Godwin. She’s the absolute queen of dark romance. And even though Tomas isn’t as dark as some of the other heroes we met throughout the series, he does do some pretty cruel unredeemable things at the beginning of this. I absolutely loved how strong and unwavering Rylee was throughout the trials she endured. I thought she made a great heroine. I do think that it went a bit insta-love too quickly I wish there was slightly slower progression seeing as how much Tommy despised Rylee upon their meeting. That was really my only quibble, ultimately I couldn’t put it down.
I literally cannot wait for the next and final installment. I loved how much we seen of Cole in this and all the little Easter eggs we got from the Tangled Lies series. The dance room, the wedding dress, the call to Trace, ugh, my poor heart, Cole’s poor heart - I’ve been dying to see him finally get his HEA.

Is what Tomas is. Dominate is his story the second last of the DELIVER series.
Tomas loves his found family, he would do anything to prevent them from harms way. When a problem arises which causes him to make a huge mistake of his life. His dead girlfriends email replied back to him, which he had been releasing his thoughts and daily activities to.
Fear. Intimacy. Heartbreak
Rylee is has alot of issues, going through unhappiness from her previous relationship. Looking for a partner is the last thing on her mind.
I absolutely loved this book, it was finally great to see Tomas story. I loved his personality his unforgiving attitudes and his love for his freedom fighter family. Rylee is a strong independent woman and when opportunity takes it she will do what's good for her.
I do wish there was alot of action in this story, as I felt like there wasn't enough.

I was so excited for Tomas’s book when I met him in book seven!! I’m so obsessed with this series and I could not wait!!
This book was no different the previous books in which there was some very dark situations and so many crazy twists and turns but what I love about Pam and her writing is that she always makes sure to put in some lighter/humor elements to her stories.
For Tomas and Rylee,they had a deep connection/chemistry that you could feel. Their banter and their love/hate for each other was everything!!
To read how their relationship first started out and see it evolve was really enjoyable to read!! Tomas definitely surprised me,as much as he’s so Dominating and strong,but he had no problem owning his faults.
Rylee is another strong heroine and she definitely joins in the ranks with the rest of the heroins that Pam writes!!
Again I can’t get enough of this series and these characters!! I can’t wait for Cole’s book next!!

Seriously can’t get enough of Pam Godwin books. This author is fantastic at writing the most twisted situations, steamiest scenes, and some of the best plot twists.

Dominate begins with thirty one year old Rylee who is heartbroken, lost, and at the lowest point in her life. Seconds before a life changing decision she receives an email from a stranger. This stranger is seventeen year old Tomas, who is emailing what should be an unused account that he created for his now late girlfriend. The emails he sends are an outlet for him. It allows him to express his emotions, desires, regrets, and actions. Unbeknownst to him, over the next ten years all those private emails are being read by Rylee. However, when he sends his last email, Rylee responds back. Tomas obviously doesn’t take this lightly and what follows is an explosive confrontation.
“What sane woman craved the touch of a cruel man?”
Up until book seven, Tomas was such a mysterious character. We really had no idea who he was but the information we discovered in book 7?! Needless to say I was counting down the days to receive this ARC. Not going to lie, Tomas scared me (for multiple reasons) but specifically his revenge on Rylee for invading his privacy. At one point I wasn’t sure how Pam was going to redeem him after everything he put Rylee through but by the end he definitely was groveling. As for Rylee, she was quite the heroine. She’s a criminal psychologist on a mission to understand Tomas and I loved her resilience when she realized what she was up against.
I absolutely cannot wait for the next book!!
