Overall I really enjoyed this book. First I didn’t realize that this was a spin off of another series. However, I didn’t feel like I missed anything vital since the book filled in any gaps really well. I nearly dnfed it this morning, however it took an exciting turn keeping me returning to the book for the rest of the day.
