Spot on portrayals of mental health and exploration of the stages of grief. I wanted to hug every character time and time again. Bring your tissues!

I had hoped this book would be deeper and more philosophical than it was

i liked this book! it's full of cozy emotions and a very fun idea of the afterlife. this would be 5 stars, but there's just something missing from these books. i think it's the edge, the action, maybe? not every book needs it, so i think i'm just accustom to it. the humor is also like, painfully millennial so maybe that's it?

don't get me wrong though, the book is written beautifully and the characters are amazing. just not my cup of tea?
