“Be my good little omega, and I’ll put you on my knot for some post-coital apologies and make-up kisses, hmm?”

Surprisingly good

This was what every shorter novel should be; a meaningful plot line that can be resolved in a short timeline, characters that have natural chemistry both physically and emotionally. This book wouldn’t make as much sense without reading the prior book, which provided most of the world building. This, of course, made it possible for the author to focus more fully on the plot line.
This is one of my favorite uses of the omega dynamic; a strong FMC omega using her dynamic to her advantage. This was a strong FMC written right, with sass and self confidence but still kindness The MMC was legitimately terrified of his alpha dynamic, which made him a lot more likable. Both MCs had underprivileged backgrounds with questionable parents, which made their actions easy to understand.

Spice: 5/5 - this book was at least 50% spice

Triggers: assault, mention of r*pe, prize fighting

I honestly loved this one! It’s omegaverse done so well! I loved the dynamic between tjor and Lucy! I loved how they communicated and the third act “breakup” was handled so well. This book just made me happy.

Lucy is an entrepreneur omega with a budding slick selling business. Who better to help her (produce and sell) than the drug-dealing cage-fighter alpha, Tjor?

I LOVED THIS BOOK! I enjoyed it even more than the first! Lucy and Tjor were such a sweet couple! I loved how crazy Lucy was, as well as how Marshmellow-y Tjor was underneath his ‘tough alpha’ exterior. I also liked the subject matter! I haven’t really read a lot of books about drugs and cage-fighting that were so…wholesome?

This series is proving to be one of my favourite reads of the month! Excited to read the next one!

Sweet growly alpha - yes please!

I’m living this new series by VK Ludwig!

The storyline is filled with growly alpha attitude, sweet protective tendencies and an alpha who doesn’t think he’s worthy of anything other than being a thug.

Lucy is a hilarious omega, blatantly breaking the law with her illegal slick panty-selling scheme. She’s an omega with a plan and the skills to twist alphas around her finger. She’s drawn to Tjor because his growls are the best and most effective at filling her panties with slick. He’s big, growly and blue, but oh so gentle with her.

Can’t wait for book 3 to see what is in store for Davin the commitment adverse alpha, Rhen’s (from book 1) partner.
