A paranormal romance with just the right amount of naughtiness and heat. Hazel is a with and owner of Witchazel, a bar for paranormals. But when a new club is built next door problems start to happen. But the vampire owner will change things up. The story has some pretty funny moments especially with all the sass that Hazel has. And the bad guy may just surprise you and not in a good way.

Cute, lovers to enemies to lovers again. It was cool that Hazel was a tall and plus sized woman. The witchcraft involved seemed rather realistic (other than the magic part, obviously). Vlad was a sweet, dirty mouth vampire that was wrapped around Hazel's finger from the beginning (or, rather, she had been wrapped around his...that's a fingering joke). I think I'll read it again around Halloween, seeing as Halloween played a large part in the book for the Witches.

Vlad and Hazel are my new favorite couple. A perceived enemies to lovers story that quickly turns into steamy, lusty, goodness. Add in some magic and quirky side characters and this book casts an enjoyable spell that kept me hooked till the end. I hope there will be more stories from this world in the future.

A shorty spicy paranormal romance between a witch and a vampire.

Hazel owns a bar in town that the Strange frequent freely, Vlad moves to town and opens a club across the street. She’s a curvy witch and he’s a mysterious vampire.

They meet, explore their rivalry and figure out what they want going forward.

I enjoyed this story and read it in one sitting. Now I want to read more from this world.
