Gah this book. I LOVE IT.
Top 3 Lily books ever for me.

I just adore Asa and Jude's romance. Both characters are so lovable and deep. I loved the familial aspect. Billy was a breathe of fresh air.
Jude with Billy was lovely. It was amazing to see how Jude found a whole new family with Asa and Jude.

Asa was a larger than life character too. Boistrous and lively and full of love and emotions.

The steam in this book is one of the best Lily has ever written imo. And let me tell you... Joel narrating these scenes took them to the next level.

Absolutely and utterly divine! Asa and Jude were everything I’d ever dream to have in a romance. This book made me laugh and cry. I felt so much joy and also devastated at times. I got the full spectrum of emotions! This is why I read MM romance.

I loved this one. It made me laugh out loud all the way through, it was fun and sweet and witty and light on drama. The whole beginning where Jude is pretending to be an idiot is just *chef's kiss* good ridiculous fun, I loved the level of sass.

I thought Jude was a great character, smart and charming (and the cover model, boy howdy), and his hang-ups about relationships I found believable, especially after the appearance of his ex.

Billy was so cute, and I loved his silly 5 year-old shenanigans and the way his relationship with Jude grew.

Asa. Am I the only one picturing a British Jason Momoa? I honestly kept waiting for a mention of dirty old Harleys or rock climbing, lol

There was a good balance of memorable side characters, and just enough depth with friends and family. Just an all around good story.

I was so conflicted over the first book, Rule Breaker, which just made me mad reading it, and I didn't think I'd pick this one up because of it, but boy I'm glad I did. Goes on the Favorites bookshelf!

Second reread! I enjoy the character dynamics here and Billy is a total sweetheart, Lily Morton knows how to write loveable child characters.

Second re read

This book Is my favourite in the series! It’s so cute and well written! Billy is so cute and not annoying in some cases with romance books. The chemistry was fun and realistic! So good
