In this first installment she talks about motherhood and how your own faith can become very important when you think about the fact that you are responsible for your child's beliefs. At least the formation. That doesn't sound particularly funny, but Kaling makes it so.

I am biased. I adore Mindy Kaling. I think she is hilarious and smart and unbelievably relatable for a celebrity.
This story was all of that. Mindy’s thoughts on religion made me feel SO seen, so understood.
This story fees like girlfriends sitting down and telling stories, and I loved spending a little time pretending Mindy Kaling is my BFF.

So Cute!
A beautiful way to look at one’s own culture and remember those we’ve lost. Mindy is all around precious and completely hilarious! I also sincerely hope she starts that Indian food show she jokingly refers to!
