No way Shakespeare is the one that coined the phrase “Goodnight, sweet prince” 😭 also why did I remember Ophelia being a bigger part of this when I read this senior year of high school? Girl is in one scene per act then just drowns

On the purely superficial level of personal entertainment, not my favorite of Shakespeare's works that I've been exposed to, but wow is it impressive how many lines, moments, images, monologues, etc, from this have become indelibly inscribed in the broader cultural consciousness of the English-speaking world.
