Mercy & Riley
So glad to finally get an interchangling book! Loved the mains and the power dynamic between them, but felt like the storyline just lacked more umph. The spice was great. Also glad to see the development of more of the characters and to finally get a pregnancy in the group!

I love the world created in this series...not so much this romance but the world is still interesting to me. I really didn't care for Mercy and the random dudes hanging around sent by her grandmother were just weird. Still a fun read though...enjoyable fluff for me.

I loved it!! It was so great watching the cat and the wolf work out a relationship that was so fraught with complications. Both of them making compromises, without compromising who they are. It is so essential, to me, that neither of these two strong characters had to choose to give up everything to be with each other. I loved that they were able to strike a balance and maintain even footing.

Also, I loved the story! This book gets 5 stars because it took a couple HUGE leaps forward in terms of the overall plot - I am now dancing in my chair with impatience! I can't wait to see where this all goes!

Other things that contributed to this being a 5 star read for me:

*Sascha and Lucas... I love them. I love seeing their story continue forward. And I love that Sascha's abilities, chained up for so long, are just beginning to come into bloom.

*Hawke and Sienna... the buildup to their story is just huge. I can't wait to see Hawke get the love that he deserves. His loneliness is just heart-breaking.

*Developments with Nikita... no spoilers here, but I am just loving every minute as this plays out.

Can't wait to read more!!
