A beautiful read, I remember it making me feel serene and open to connection and wanting that, although, now I’m writing a review I can’t fully remember the ins and outs of it. However, I did realise, I was actively making changes and I became aware, in moments, that I was implementing things naturally.

I know that I felt different after reading it and I feel like what I took from the book, has been implemented it into my day to day life. It’s become habit, rather than me having to consciously practise.

Perhaps if I remembered it more clearly, it could have an even more powerful effect, but that’s on me rather than the book.

Nearly unbearable narrator. Do not recommend audiobook.

Enjoyed this audio. This is to be read at the right time for you. Those struggling with chronic depression should hold off until they’ve had time to balance mood. The last chapter quotes some bible verses which is a turnoff for me. But it wasn’t throughout the whole book and I was able to grasp the message without too much discomfort.

After the reader is instructed to say "hello" to themselves inside their own minds in order to discover their true self - I knew it wasn't for me. It didn't resonate.

Really appreciated the first 3/4 of the book. Would recommend for someone who's spiritually seeking ideas and perspectives.
