i enjoyed this but i also know i‘m literally immediately gonna forget everything about it. literally as i‘m writing this i‘m like what was the romantic plot here. but it was entertaining and i love this ensemble! first book was definitely more to my liking as i could relate to the characters more. but yay! immediately starting the next one in this series!

Fun read! And loved the diversity of a big bodied lead character! Such a fan of this series of books about a South Asian group of friends. The stories are well constructed and fit my cozy romance book formula. Like a warm hug ❤️ this one is maybe my favorite of the series!

I'm loving this series so far and so excited to read the next one! I don't always love enemies/rivals to lovers in contemporary romance since the fights always feel so petty but I felt it was handled more maturely and quickly in this book. My one complaint *spoilers*.... Was my the MMC didn't come back and apologize and help immediately like she asked when he immediately realized he fucked up. Otherwise it was a fun read with an interesting mystery subplot!

All I know is I want an Indian chef as a partner, but my dreams can't come true because I'm allergic to mango and cashews! This delicious romance follows 2 side characters from Dating Dr. Dil. The wedding planner trying to get out from under her uncle's thumb, and a chef who is trying to distance himself from his father's legacy. This romance, rich with culture and family strife was such a good time!
