although very focused on the corporate for profit world a great book to talk about justice and oppression in the work place and how to address it - from a victim, observer, perpertrator, worker, manager or ceo level. some great tactics to address bullying which go beyond the work and corporate world.

Kim Scott wrote this book with one goal in mind: to create a guide to navigating workplace dynamics and fostering a more inclusive and productive environment.

I will admit that I was a bit skeptical of Scott's expertise, but I will say that the more I got into this book, the more I saw that her knowledge and expertise actually shines through the pages and the examples.

This was a great lesson in how to handle workplace challenges of communication, bias, and diversity head-on.

More the author's reflection on justice, privilege, and her own evolution in thinking on issues of injustice than anything.

I appreciate the emphasis on their not being one right action for every situation, and the sentiment of understanding your options in difficult scenarios as a way of regaining and maintaining your agency.
