WHAT DID I JUST READ? Wow.

This book was a rollercoaster. So many twists and characters and time jumps and different plots happening all at once. My jaw dropped countless times. Admittedly, I did suspect that Ben was alive the whole time, but how we got there and the logistics totally got me. I loved this book.

Lucy Foley is new to me and she did not disappoint. I absolutely loved her writing style and her flow. I wasn’t bored for a moment. I’m looking forward to checking out her other books now!

Not the best book but far from being the worst. The characters of the book were developed enough it held my attention and it was a quick entertaining read however the overall plotline wasn't the best. I didn't mind how she jumped plot lines back and forth to build suspense but the complexity of the murder story kind of ended with it there. Not a lot of build up or conclusion for my taste.

Some of the descriptions were tough to listen to, but overall thoroughly enjoyed this book as my first fictional audiobook! It kept me on the edge of my seat and I greatly enjoyed all the different POVs.
