Good book but I found it little slow at times. Took me awhile to finish it, but glad I did. The last third of this book was wonderful and kept me engaged!

Took me a while to get into, seeing as it's a coming of age story with no focused plot. This is definitely a good read for people with an interest in medicine. Loved how history and present and destiny functioned in this piece.
