I didn’t like the FMC at all. Maryia gave me severe Mary Sue vibes. She’s pretty, confident, rich, kicks ass, apparently is immune to trauma of any kind, can do no wrong, is loved by all, daddy’s girl, spoiled and proud of it. Oh, her flaw? She can't cook (but learns when the MMC teaches her).
The rest of the characters are ok - I enjoyed all the other books in this series a lot, so I was already sort of familiar with Luca and I liked him. The romance is resolved very quickly, and surprisingly most of the book is focused on the plot with lots of action scenes, which sort of saved the book for me. Very brief (and honestly pointless) cameo from the rest of the Priesthood.

Luca and Mariya Having an amazing relationship. Luca has always wanted Mariya and Mariya is always been in love with each other for a long time and the other one never knew this is an amazing story of how their love is truly there and how they show the alarm for each other I think this is one of my mom‘s favorite ones causes sweet but they’re both amazing.

Luca and Mariya were so stubborn with each other. They both have loved each other go so long! Overall the love between them is great. The way they grow together and have each others back is amazing. They are a power couple in the mafia world that I wouldn’t want to mess with.
