I couldn't decide if I was going to give this book one star or two. But I did finish it, so I thought one star would be too harsh. This book fell flat on just about every level for me. The writing was very clunky and awkward in parts. The characters aren't very well-developed. The first quarter of the book is pretty slow. The sex scenes are a little boring. The villain isn't that scary. Also, there was obviously very little research done. For example, a Kevlar vest does NOT weigh 46 pounds. It weighs about 5, max. Inaccuracies like this are rampant throughout the book. This book just didn't work for me.
