One of Baum's best--the dual plots create real suspense. Lots of funny moments with the Nome King and with the puns in Utensia, especially. As always, very creative.

What was supposed to be the last book of the series, I definitely enjoyed this book more than the last couple. Also some very close parallels to Alice in Wonderland in this one, when she shrinks to go to Bunnybury.

Please let L Frank Baum stop writing these books! He is so clearly trapped! This one is like the 2016 election if some deus ex machina made hillary win.
