Huge huge 5 stars. It was such a breeze and so packed without being complex to read. Kuang's imagery is unmatched and the way she just puts you right in the midst of all the action. I didn't want it to end. 

Rin makes me root for her so much. I love the unpredictability of the characters and how properly flawed they were. I wish I had the words to unpack my thoughts but I'm so excited for book 3. This book was everything. I can't wait to see how Rin and Kitay grow together in their friendship
