I actually really liked Zade, but figuring out whether it was all consensual with Adeline or not was kinda confusing

this was meh and hypocritical. The male mc was stereotypical, and was all like I save children from being trafficked but let me stalk and rape a woman I’m interested in. The female mc was just infuriating because she says it’s rape but keeps entertaining it and ends up falling for the dude, so it’s basically cnc but she keeps claiming it’s rape. Idk that was weird as fuck, this whole thing just made assault seem like no big deal. I am disappointed yet again by these booktok hoes. There was a murder mystery happening at the same time which was interesting but basic and I guessed it half way through.
