Reviews - Haunting Adeline

I want to give this a 5 star, but this is an intense book. One of the main characters, Z, is fighting sex trafficking and is a very violent person. Adeline does everything wrong when having a stocker. Yes, for the book is meant to be dark, but it does cross the line in a lot in gruesome details and s/a. I would not recommend this for anyone under 21.

Made it 25% and DNF. Who reads this? I honestly don’t think I knew just how terrible this was going to be. It’s sickening and deeply concerning if you’re romanticizing outright r@pe. He can get away with it because he murders pedos? Make it make sense…

I honestly shouldn’t have ever picked this book up, but the hype had me curious. Absolutely NO.
