The Rizzoli & Isles books may be my new favourite mystery/thriller series. The characters are well-written, the plots are interesting and mostly come together (I was questioning how some things were going to be relevant to the plot, but eventually Gerritsen pieced it all together), and everything is really fast-paced. This one was particularly creepy and honestly kind of disturbing at times, which was perfect. I'm really glad there are a bunch of books left in this series for me to read!

Tess Gerritsen is such an brilliant writer! I forgot how much I love this book, The Sinner! And holy shit it is amazing, twisted, gruesome, and oddly realistic in many ways.
