I did not think I would like it, since the book did have a lot of marital issues, vs suspense. But the ending? Great!

I think a lot of people will absolutely love this book, it just wasn’t for me. The tone was very dark & the characters were not very deeply developed. The plot & twists were very fun & unexpected!

One word: MEH... Did absolutely not grip me like a thriller should have, but was interested in the plot so finished it. Mediocre plottwist, did not stand out at all.

Not to be that person but I do not understand how so many people LOVE this book
Personally the lyrical metaphors and analogies weee infuriating because barely one paragraph went by without the use of one :((
So disappointed because I was so excited for this book WAH
