Rock Paper Scissors

Rock Paper Scissors immediately hooked me with an unhappy couple arriving at a remote Scottish chapel for a weekend away, supposedly to save their marriage. I was gripped by mentions like ‘only one of us is going home’ and could not turn the pages fast enough. I devoured it in one sitting and the surprising twist was fantastic. Perfect for fans of dark thrillers.

Fast read! Couldn’t put down at the end. Somewhat predictable but entertaining. All characters suck.

zamn there was def something totally fishy the whole time that u can’t quite put a finger on and idk if it’s the best writing but it’s def entertaining!
medium-paced

wish it would have been more evenly written, all the good shit is in the last 20 mins lol the twists were insane

Didn’t see the twist!

I liked the twist about the "wife", but then to think Robin and Adam just take each other back is ridiculous (she loves him so much she also used HIS toothbrush in the toilet?). And then he killed his mom, but what, pretended he believed Amelia did? Just kind of fell apart there at the end

Pretty incredible. Very well crafted story with plot elements that did not disappoint. And great character writing, very human characters. Really enjoyed the experience.
