At the end of "Hunted," Lil had been sentenced to live with her Father for a year in order to even the odds of having lived with the Guardians for a year. Lil intended to take that year one day at a time, but her plans are shot to hell when she wakes up as Princess Lilith after a seven-month-coma with no memory of who she truly is or of the life she lead before waking up. All she is sure of is: It all points back to Guardians, and not in a good light.
Lilith struggles to find herself and piece together the stories of her past (even when at times she would rather her past remain buried in the deep recesses of her mind). She struggles to sort truth from lies and determine who is on her side and who is determined to control her every move.
As if that wasn't enough; a handsome boy with stunning Green Eyes follows her wherever she goes, guiding her along her journey to reach her true potential. Who is he, and why does his very presence bring Lilith such comfort?
As Lilith finds her place among the Hermonites, she finds herself taking up the cause of the SubSixers and all lower Hermonites in a bid for equality among the different levels of hierarchy. Meanwhile, she learns the difference between a Hermonite and a Dark Lord: All Dark Lords (bad demons) are Hermonites, but not all Hermonites are Dark Lords.
Can Lilith convince her people of the differences between them? Can she persuade them that peace is possible between them and the Guardians? What do the Guardians think about all of this? All these questions and more I hope will be answered in the next installment in Ednah Walter's Guardian Legacy series.
Despite all the unfamiliar faces and my initial strong dislike of familiar characters, I grew to adore this new perspective into Lilith's world. Not all Hermonites have to be neutral to be good. Who woulda thunk it? I loved seeing Lilith's progression of character and her determination to be a force of good towards her people. I adored her compassion towards the SubSixers and the leadership attitude she adopted on their behalf. She is growing into an inspirational young woman, so different from the young girl we used to know. There is no doubt that Lilith has drastically changed, but unlike the Guardians I am absolutely positive that it is for the better and that she hasn't changed those aspects that we all have come to know and love about her. Lilith is a sight to see and I cannot wait to see how she continues to change and unite ALL of her people.

Sad to see this series end... but happy with the way it did. Great job Mrs. Walters you truly created something great.

I was gifted an ARC copy from the Author in exchange for an honest review.
First thing first: Ednah, love, I love you woman. You are a brilliant writer and thank you for letting me read this book earlier.
And the book....
God! THIS IS JUST AMAZING! I loved the previous books and this one I just simply ADORE! I was so not expecting the twist in this part! It's simply ingenious!
Lil is waking up 7 months after the Tribunal with no memory or whatsoever. There is a big whole in her mind and she can't remember anything or anyone. But she doesn't disappoint me. She is still the same Lil. The Chosen one with a lot of power but still with amazing level of compassion. She still wants to help those who are mistreated and in pain. She helps the minions. The Hermonites with no powers, as a good leader would do. But she is also betrayed and she is not sure, who she can trust. The only person to seem always be there for her is a handsome, green eyed boy :D
Bran....sigh...he is just perfect. Again he is risking everything to just be with Lil. And I love it. He agreed not to interfere with her journey, but helps her as much as he can.
Ednah has shown us a different side of Valafar. And I have to say. I liked it. I really started to love him as a father figure. He was a totally different person in here. You could see that he loves Lil. And he would do almost anything for her. I still don't agree with his actions, but I do like him a bit more.
As always I want to kick Ganyn's and Solnage's butts. They so annoy me!
I miss Lil's Guardian friends and her Grandfather a lot here, but her new friends are also amazing! I hope we will be able to see them much more in the next part!
This is the best part of the whole series! You can see how well the characters are developed and story just flows perfectly.
Amazing 5 stars!!! Just becasue there is no option to give more!

Ednah has out done herself again. Loved this book from beginning to end. I didn't want to put it down. Loved reading this from a point of view. Glad we got to see what it is like where her father lives. Glad she made friends while she was there also even if she lost her memories. Loved how Bran was all mysteries in this book so glad he was in it. Of course we all knew he would find a way to be with Lil somehow someway. he could never leave her alone. Can't wait for the next book!
