Fun and light, the chapters are a collection of time ordered short stories that come together well but could easily be read between other books as a little break.

I enjoyed this book way more than I thought I would. I think it’s because most of us are not NBA all stores or medicine members so Fred is the example of what we would actually become if we somehow got turned into a supernatural/human. You don’t suddenly become Aragon from lord of the rings or the all perfect specimen of a werewolf. Your base personality is still the same even if you’ve changed species. This was lighthearted and oddly whimsical and I really loved it. A great palette cleanser for when you’re sick of really grimdark characters. I hardly recommend.

Such a great twist on a vampire story. Short but well written. Would be great for kids except for the occasional spattering of fowl language
