The issue with stuff like this is that the vast majority of the public doesn't and won't take the time to actually read through all of it and instead rely primarily on filtered "analyses" by their favorite media troughs.

Definitely a hefty, legalese-filled investigative report, but the second half is more than worth the time to see what was really uncovered and why it's a critical national security issue.
