Loved this book! This is my first time reading this author and she may be my new favorite. Funny, charming, easy to read and clever and memorable characters. I would read it again!

fun!!! we love a little librarian
i liked daphne a lot, and i related to a lot of her struggles re: feeling invisible, fearing she's burdening ones that she loves/love her, etc. i loved her and miles having all these adventures and her finding a real community.
what keeps this from being five stars is that i really don't think we played into the fake dating at all!!! give me more awkward moments around your exes!!! and parent issues we just don't really see resolved! i feel like a lot of the side conflicts just sort of fixed themselves.
but it was fun, so i don't care!
