Some good quotes but overall it fell flat. I just can’t take it seriously when blue collar men say flowery things.
I really liked Lennon in this story but Carson took me longer to like from the shit he pulls in the first 33%. If that hadn’t been included it would’ve been a higher rating for me but I’m feeling salty about it.

Good lord Carson is an asshole to Lennon. Poor thing probably got whiplash from him. I know I did. From one hell of spicy scene to meeting her on the ranch for the first time, he did a complete 180. But when he finally starts to make it up to her? Oh I completely fell for him. The only thing wrong with this book is that it's the end of this series.
