The New Titans #104 written by Marv Wolfman is the beginning of a four part storyline focused on Cyborg. This edition takes place inside of Technis, and Technis is desperately trying to persuade the New Titans to give it Cyborg, but The New Titans discover what secret truth of Technis and Beast Boy frantically tries to defend Cyborg, even though it is really Prestor Jon. This is a very inventive and compelling plotline by Wolfman, who writes the Titans in such an engaging way. The art is very 90s, but that is probably the reason why I like it so much. Some of the pages were beautifully illustrated with an abudance of detail, and the colouring was exemplary as well. Overall, this is a great edition to a great series, and in my opinion really represents DC as well as the Titans in their prime, and also displays Marv Wolfman’s extraordinary talent as a writer.
